- Your Color Preference - brown, blue, or green
- Select a Banner Design from below. (Each banner is available in all three colors.)
- All text, pictures, logos, and documents that you want included on your site must be sent electronically to ensure accuracy.
- Pictures must use a jpg, gif, png, or bmp extension and be less than 200 KB in size.
